School Buses

Using the bus to get to school is easy, convenient, cost-effective, eco-friendly and best of all FUN.  Red Bus runs the following dedicated RIDE ON school services, and as part of this service we are now producing RIDE ON school route timetables.  

If RIDE ON doesn't cover the area you live in you can still have fun and save money and the world using the regular buses to get to school provided by Metro.  If you are lucky this service will be provided by Red Bus too.

 

The School Bus Routes are:

	Aranui Schools - Stanmore and Parklands/Queenspark
	Riccarton Schools - City
	Shirley Schools - Avondale, Southshore and New Brighton
	Linwood and Shirley Schools - Sumner
	Avonside and Linwood - Lyttelton and Hillsborough
	Lincoln Schools - City
	Mairehau - Southshore, Avondale and New Brighton
	Cashmere Schools - Westmorland
	Sumner Schools - Taylors Mistake, (Recliffs and Sumner Schools - Clifton Hill)
	City and Merivale Schools - Sumner
	Riccarton Schools - Burnham
	Rangiora and Kaiapoi to North Christchurch Schools

 

These School Buses run Monday to Friday in term time only.   They do not run on Public Holidays.
